7-day refund window
If you are not satisfied with your Mapzi Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
Refund requests made after the 7-day window cannot be honoured, except where required by applicable law.
Renewals
Monthly subscription renewals are not eligible for a refund. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. After cancellation your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Payment processor
Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
